A good workout plan thats realistic and can be done at home without weights?

Anyone got a good workout plan that can be done from home and is realistic? Also, how do you motivate yourself? Ive been isolated from humanity for around 6-7 months now and my body is growing weak and frail I have plenty of food any good workout plans?
